Art and craft sessions in the Outpost

Thursday 21 November - Thursday 12 December (weekly), 2.30 - 4pm.

Come and join us in the Outpost for some art and craft session with partners from Handcrafted. Just drop in.

Christmas lunch

Tuesday 19 December, from 1.30pm.

Our annual Christmas lunch event is fast approaching. We'd love to see all of our care experienced friends join us with Handcrafted at The Shakespeare Hub, Split Crow Road, Gateshead. Lunch will be served from 1:30pm. Either email us or speak to your personal advisor, so we know your coming and any dietary requirements.

 

Future activities

We are currently consulting with all of our care experienced young people to see what they would like to see in the Outpost. Please complete our short survey for the chance to win a £50 Amazon voucher. Entries need to be submitted by Wednesday 11 December 2024.

Care Experienced Week

Care Experienced Week saw the doors to our new Outpost open with some great activities.

On Tuesday 29 October we welcomed our friends from Handcrafted and spent some time enjoying ourselves making pumpkins and other Halloween themed activities.

We then went to Gateshead Millennium Bridge and had the privilege of lighting up the bridge to celebrate this week.

On Thursday 31 October rather than going round scaring people, we spent sometime thinking about wellbeing and had some activities delivered by our Lifelong Links team in the Outpost.
